    The club is open to the public in terms of renting its facilities.  It is therefore required to adhere to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination of services based on religious beliefs.

    The club didn't invite anyone, they leased their facilities to CFI, which invited Dawson to speak.  The club owner then broke the contract with CFI upon learning who Dawkins was.

    So I'd say it's actually "too damn bad" you spouted off about the case without knowing the actual facts. :)
