    They're simply selfish enough not to care, and presume that the happy times will roll until they're dead.

    At that point, their kids can deal with it and it's no longer their problem.

    The problem lies in the fact that there's a strict limit on how much people will put up with, and Occupy Wall Street clearly shows that we're reaching that point.

    From there to guillotines...how much distance can there be?  Not much, I'll wager.

        Can it stay that way?  It's going to have to coalesce around a leader like Martin Luther King, Jr. to do so.

        Continuing with no jobs plan, no coherent message from Congress other than "No!," no assistance to the unemployed...it's not going to stay pacific.

        Never tell a starving person to sit down and protest.  It sounds too much like sit down, shut up, and die quietly.
