  •  He's not doing so hot in the money race either. (0+ / 0-)
Republican Herman Cain, who has seen his poll numbers soar in recent weeks, raised $2.8 million for his presidential campaign during the third quarter of this year, far lagging the top fundraisers in the Republican field.

Cain, a former Godfather's Pizza CEO, ended the July-to-September quarter with $1.3 million available in the bank for the primary fight. He spent nearly $2 million.

At least three other candidates raised more. Texas Gov. Rick Perry leads the Republican field, taking in $17.2 million, despite entering the race in mid-August. Former Massachusetts government Mitt Romney raised $14.2 million. Texas Rep. Ron Paul, known for his grass-roots support, collected nearly $8.3 million.

Ideology is an excuse to ignore common sense.

    •  yes and? third quarter just ended. (0+ / 0-)

he was close to dead last up until about two weeks ago. for the same reason Perry's numbers are so great yet he's basically out of it. He raised all that money when he was at the top of the stack.

I'd me interested in seeing the next report, if he lasts that long.

I've become re-radicalized. Thanks a lot you bunch of oligarchical fascist sons-of-bitches. But once again, I have no choice. Bring it the fuck on.
