  •  Ami Bera and Ann Kirkpatrick are doing very well. (2+ / 0-)

Bera may likely win in 2012 due to heightened turnout, this district becoming 1% bluer in redistricting, and the trend leftwards of the Sac suburbs.  Hard to believe that the CA GOP once viewed Lungren as the second coming of Ronald Reagan back in 1998.  And then the balloon popped when he lost to Davis in a landslide.

Ann Kirkpatrick will run in a friendlier district (one where Obama got 47% rather than 44%) and no longer has conservative Yavapai County to worry about.  Gosar may even chose to run elsewhere.
