    are unconstitutional?  That's pretty amazing.  This is a little like seeing the teabaggers' crazy constitutional arguments.

      up to the perspective of the person deciding the law.  Perspectives change.  And, yes, the restrictive laws concerning the First Amendment are definitely unconstitutional.  They go against the First Amendment.  
      Most of the laws you speak of were put into place, without the consent of the People, and were hated and reviled when they became the law.  Many are due to the 60's protests.  But, think - who shot who back then?
      "Four dead in OHIO".  Conservatives passed many restrictive laws.  Plenty of which were directed at black people specifically.  So, do you argue that all laws that exist in the US are all Constitutionally valid?  The Constitutionality of a law is only brought up and litigated if someone complains loud enough.  Many laws were passed, completely unchallenged by an unknowing public.  Take a good look, and read up on the "Patriot Act".  The most UNCONSTITUTIONAL document ever produced in this country.
