televsion last noght as AC360 was talking wih David Gergen and making it seem as if "both sides" are just playing games when it come to jobs.  AC even asked, as I've heard other lazy reporters ask as well, why did Pres Obama propose a bill that repubs would never vote for and why now are dems in congress forcing votes on each part of the bill when they know repubs won't vote for it because it contains tax increases.  You then got the "why don't they sit down together and hammer out a bill" crap.  I'm just trying to figure out how lng is it going to take the media to fisgure out and report on the fact reubs are not inerested in hammering out jack with dems.  I also thought that the whole conversation was based on politics with zero focusing in on the fact that the repubs are killing bills that have 75% approval by the public and the big fact that the insutructure bill would add $7,000 to the tax bill of someone who made $1 million and not even until 2013.
