    Oct. 24th City Council Meeting

OSD starts at about 1:21.  At the end of the mic check the camera angle shifts to show the Council seats.  One person walks in from the back door and then exits stage right - not sure if that is a council member, or not.  There are a few empty chairs that were occupied earlier in the meeting, but they were empty before the OSD group got  up to speak.

Sorry, LG, but I'm not seeing any evidence of a "walk-out" either - at least not in response to the OSD group.

a following speaker who had the floor, they started chanting and disrupting, and at that point it was announced the meeting was adjourned.  Then they got up and left.

They didn't "walk out" on you.   OSD got 100% attention for the time you had.  It was mesmerizing.
