Once you get past his voice, I suppose.

I forget what kind of speaker Kind is, even though he's been my critter, briefly. I just hope he'll go away and make way for someone who is not a calculating blue dog bore.

I cringe at the thought of Barrett or Falk. Nice people who couldn't set a room on fire with gasoline and matches.

Some doubts about Feingold, who probably could do better banging the gong against dirty money, as he currently is.

I know very little about Barca but do get excited thinking about Erpenbach. My gut feeling is that he should run and we should just coalesce rapidly and forcefully behind him. He's got the goods, and I can't think of anyone better positioned to kick Walker's ass.

    •  Yes, Erpenbach. (3+ / 0-)

Not Obey, for the reasons above and more, much more.  I can envision ads of his behavior that would be killers.

Not Barrett nor Feingold.  They like what they're doing, a lot, and both are men of such integrity -- both have been my member of Congress or Senator or mayor -- that they get stopped in their tracks by dirty tracks.  See: last time.

Not Falk.  I like her, but Wisconsin is so backward about electing women that even Mother Teresa wouldn't do.

Kind is bland, a maybe -- but he's had enough time to become known more widely, and he hasn't done so.

Barca, hmm.  Love what he did and his fighting spirit, but I don't think he has some other qualities -- calm tv presence, etc. -- for appeal in crucial parts of the state.

Erpenbach has no down side that I can see, and a lot of factors in his favor with a lot of tv recognition now.  I want to see and know more about him, and soon, to know.  So I hope this is moving fast for us to find out more, too.
