    winning a congressional election is if they've done so before, and Etheridge has.  Whether they were able to win in 2010, the worst year for Democrats in decades, isn't as good an indicator.

    I changed by not changing at all, small town predicts my fate, perhaps that's what no one wants to see. -6.38, -4.15

      On the flip side of what you're saying, it stands to reason that once a candidate has run and lost, it means he/she is then capable of doing it again.  

      I'm not sure either of the premises are always correct, though.  I mean, ask GHW Bush and Jimmy Carter...or a whole host of people that have won and then lost.  Having won before is only one indication of electability.  

      Hey, if old Bob does run again, hope he wins.  It'll be a "W" in our column.
