    follow the law.  As Justice Kennedy says, public officials are bound by the law.  The Amendments apply to their behavior, explicitly prohibiting actions which experience taught the founders the agents of government are inclined to violate.  Many don't want to be told,  don't want to be written about and don't want to be preached to by moralists.

    So, John D'Adamo is a good and honest servant. But, that's what we are entitled to expect.

    Humans being equipped with two legs are entitled to perambulate and locomote--i.e. move from place to place under their own direction.

    Being at liberty to speak at our pleasure has gotten too much attention.  People walking about represent a much greater threat to people who want to be in control of the population.  That it's not mentioned in the Constitution is probably accounted for by the fact that when it was written, it never occurred to the founders that any but slaves would be physically restrained from moving around at their leisure.
