Saying that the People of Daily Kos would cheer if President Obama called out the National Guard against Occupy Protesters is ridiculous.  Is that what you really think of Daily Kos users?
Accusing me of being okay with banksters committing fraud against Americans because I call bullshit on your comment that Daily Kos users would cheer the use of National Guard troops is way, way over the top. Ahem... "BULLSHIT".

    •  I didn't say dKos as a whole. (0+ / 0-)

I said Obama supporters at dKos.  DKos as a whole would be utterly horrified.

majority of posters on DKos are anti-Obama?  If that's the case, I guess I comprehend your point of view.  I don't have any statistics for either side of that argument.
We can agree to disagree.  I support the President.  I also support OWS.  I don't find that to be contradictory.
President Obama does need to choose a side, and quickly.  There hasn't been violence like this in decades - and it all came from the side of authority figures, and their bosses.

          a little self-contradictory?

Sadly, Obama chose his side in January 2009.  He is unlikely to change.

          •  There are plenty of reasons to both support our (0+ / 0-)

President, and to not support him.  I support his good deeds.  I frown on other actions.  He is still the better choice (unless there is a more progressive candidate - but that would kill the vote by dividing it.)
On this single issue, meaning this movement and the abuses of authority taking place, I believe my President needs to speak up and condemn the actions.  My vote isn't made due to any single issue though.
Truly, he could have done better.  I have been both angry with him, and proud of him.
And - what you find okay or not okay, is certainly not up to me :).
What is important is that you and I are having a conversation about it.  Nothing happens if nobody pays attention.  You are here, and I am here, and neither of us is doing it through RedState.
Note that I have recced some of your comments before this exchange, and not recced others.  There's no black & white.
I have already agreed to disagree about whether or not Daily Kos users would cheer an attack from the National Guard.
