  •  so the second you can prove you are preggers (12+ / 0-)

    you become entitled to collect 2 welfare checks? one for you and one for your fertilized egg?  and if you deposit multiple fertilized eggs into a bank that will implant them in you you can declare every one of those eggs a full dependent and get the state to pay for their upkeep through welfare??

    seems like there is a movement to be made to get thousands of women who want to get pregnant to do it in ol Miss.... and BANCRUPT that state for being woefully stupid.

      You make them known and obey the law to the fullest extent you can.  I hope that people with embryos from IVF techniques do flood the bureaucracy with paperwork and take every dime they legally can.  

      Of course there will be the immediate court challenge, but the right of states to bankrupt themselves may hold up, and if it does the federal government may have to use the "no federal medical funds until this is repealed" threat, if for no other reason than to save huge scads of cash on legally eligible dependents.  

      War doesn't determine who is right, only who is left. Better be left so you can determine later if you were right.
