      I dunno bout you, but if the Mississippi initiative passes and I learned I was pregnant, I'd be filing for an income tax deduction the year of my pregnancy, even if the actual birth took place the next year.  "'s a person.  So sue me!!!"

      Oh just imagine the snarls this will create.

      Suppose congress passes a law saying you are eligible for some benefit if you are over x years of age.  Since this would make you a "person" the moment you are conceived, how do you actually know exactly when you were conceived.  You may know, but you may not know what day, and there are lots of cases in which the father isn't actually clear.

      Imagine the fun of trying to sort out a claim by the "person" that they were conceived before or after a deadline date which means the difference between whether or not they qualify.

      I can hear the legal profession rubbing their fingers together in glee.

      Free markets would be a great idea, if markets were actually free.
