If that's all the WH is doing, it doesn't seem too helpful.

The state party and labor unions have been the ones spending money on legal challenges and campaigns to print and mail out ballots to voters (one of the new restrictions prohibits county BOE's from voluntarily sending applications for absentee ballots.   They've been the ones manning the phones encouraging people to mail in ballots.

Ohio Dem Party is funding the cost of getting petitions filled for two initiatives - putting to a statewide vote GOP changes to voting laws and gerrymandering Ohio Congressional and GA districts.  Those referendum petitions have to be circulated and signed in person, according to strict legal guidelines.  OFA can't do that with online petitions and people from outside Ohio can't sign them.

Money would be better spent if state and county parties could pay local workers to get referendum petitions signed.  That seems to be the best use of funds, directly donated to the state party instead of funneling them through OFA.
