    would it be legal to print off massive numbers of copies and have people fill them out and turn them in? (can a job app. be copyrighted?)  My guess is that they are done online -  also susceptible to large numbers of apps.  And then, when you don't get responses, lots of letters cc to politicians and news media about those job creators.

    I think that one point that needs to be made clear to the American public is that "job creators" are free to create those jobs anywhere they want to - or to hide the money under a mattress, if that suits their fancy.  My guess would be that the tendency to invest overseas increases as the investor/corporation has a larger pool of resources.  This is one of the reasons that accumulating wealth in the hands of fewer people makes our economy weaker.
