Why are no Dems calling for a restructuring of the tax code?

The phrase "bought and paid for"  comes to mind, from Reid to Pelosi to Wasserman-Shultz to .....

Every sitting elected official should be primaried, regardless of party.

    Just saying'

Listen, strange women lyin' in ponds distributin' swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

It's the truth.  Why do you think we're protesting?  Is it JUST Republicans?  However there is no equivalence between the two sides.  Democrats may be bought out to some degree by the corporate interests, but they aren't out to destroy our country like Republicans are.

I just read a story today that one of those thirty companies is refusing to ease up on a Michigan City's electric debt that is ten years old that they can't pay.  Result?  The city council passed an austerity measures to TEAR OUT two thirds of the cities street lights and cut back the cities electric usage by 80%.  Meanwhile, DTE Energy continues to get money from the government while we give money to the government.
