      Or else she has a Mandingo fantasy going on, maybe.  You never know about them bible-thumper types.

      It's not as extreme or as naive as the so-called "Fair Tax", but basically it's a way to tax the money that retired people saved up after having paid taxes on their incomes and investments while they were working.   It's a lot like the "Death Tax" that the Republicans hate, only it's for people who aren't dead yet.
