    I love it when people attempt to take their frustration out on or reason with retail management or employees who have no reason on earth to care about your rambling complaints.

    You are barking up the wrong tree. Customer service is probably a better place to take explanations of your grievances with a large business, where at least it will be tallied and places in a bucket with similar complaints and relayed to someone who has any sort of authority to do something about it.

    The branch manager and tellers of a retail banking location have nothing to do with it, so why harass them.

      What else is the branch manager but a customer service guy? (I had to deal with mine when I moved my money. I was polite to him, too.)
