    with changes in style and device.

    Because of that, his works vary considerably.  Personally, I liked it, and always liked Heinlein too.  Each one is a bit of an adventure.  Didn't like them all, but I was entertained nicely enough trying to make that determination.

    The other thing is when he does hit one out of the park, it's solid.  Bet if he was asked about that, he would say you can't hit one outta the park without also swinging the bat.

    In "On Writing" he writes of a nail on the wall, where he stuck his many rejection letters.  The man works for it, that's all I can say, and he loves it too.
