    the structure of the Occupy movement is egalitarian at its core. There are no "lions" or VIP's or at least  they deserve no particular treatment that would differentiate them as so.  there is no recognition of peoples past or history. It's just the here and now.

    The issue as I see it from the article is that Mr. Lewis didn't have enough time for the decision making process that OWS uses to determine who gets to speak.  So, he left. He didn't feel bad about it.  

    I think it is exciting that OWS is as much an in your face to prevailing order as you are.  I found it hilarious that Wall Street's immediate reaction to OWS was "What are your demands?"  And OWS simply wants to change the conversation.  

    But Chauncey, please be prepared to learn as much as you are teaching.  The Lewis affair is a teachable moment for everyone including us black folk.  

    --Mr. President, you have to earn my vote every day. Not take it for granted. --
