    When the banking industry was finally confronted about excessive fees and charges, it seems like they just shifted to charging fees for something else, and you'd end up paying just as much, but for different "reasons".

    This is either a tacit admission by the banks that one way or another, they intend to gouge us, or that they must gouge us to remain profitable.

    It's bad enough that they expect us to pay for their gargantuan mistakes. I moved everything to my credit union a few months ago. Banks seem to be interested only extracting the as much as possible from each of their "customers". Or should I say "victims"?
