    Are you willing to trade this environmental catastrophe for Obama's re-election? Are you saying that if we don't support the Keystone pipeline, then Obama won't get re-elected?

    How about just supporting the people, like Bill McKibben, who are trying desperately to educate Americans about this senseless, useless and environmentally devastating pipeline?

    I am just one person, but I will tell you this categorically: If Obama had come out in support of this pipeline, mine is one vote he wouldn't get. I have never not voted in an election, even the dinky little ones that no one else votes in. But I would have abstained in 2012 if I thought that Obama would support this travesty. I have kids. I'll likely be dead by the time the pipeline wreaks its ultimate havoc. They won't.
