  •  That wasn't the part that contradicted. (2+ / 0-)

The part that contradicted is that you said it was true (in response to my question whether or not the gov and lt gov petitions had to be circulated seperately) while noise of rain said they would be circulated by the same person at the same time.

    •  I heard they can do it at the same time, why not? (4+ / 0-)

Just not on the same paper. No 2 for 1. Sign twice, but on separate petitions.

I just don't see how this represents a hurdle put in place by the attourney general then if this is what was meant.  Given how the recall rules in Wisocnsin work, this was sort of already the case (that the gov and lt gov are two seperate recalls).  What would have been a big change would be if the AG had said in order to keep the two recalls separate you cannot mix the efforts at all, which is what it seemed was being implied.

      •  Yes, Walker and Kleefisch's (0+ / 0-)

will be circulated together except in the 3 State Senate recall districts.  There they'll circulate Walkers and the State Senators.

Yes, both petitions are to be circulated simultaneously.  It's just that in the districts where the State Senators are going to be recalled, they won't be circulating the Kleefisch recall petition with Walkers (they'll circulate the State Senate petition).

      •  Yeah I finally got it figured out too. (0+ / 0-)

And I don't agree with the rationale that says circulating three petitions is a bad idea and there should only be a max of 2 of them, but that's what the organizers seem to think so okay, I guess.

        •  Trust me (0+ / 0-)

Carrying one plus a map of the district to check if a residence is in the State Senate district was more than enough.  Carrying an additional petition clipboard is nearly impossible.  Remember, people are hauling this stuff door to door during canvassing and we only have 2 hands.
