      takeaway is.

      On the one hand, first amendment rights, with certain critical exceptions, are not limited by other people's hurt.  We are free to offend and we are free to cost other people money so long as we stay within the (consitutionally permitted) law.

      On the other, OWS risks becoming counter-productive if their story becomes one of shouting about Wall Street, but hurting Main Street.  That would be a shame, because there were a lot of positive messages coming from the early days -- including union support in the form of food and medical training as a show of solidarity with not-just-union-workers damaged by the miscreants in silk stockings.

      If there truly are leaders in OWS, it may be time to review strategy.
