    child doing posing for a picture that is then used to illustrate such a thing? That is a real child in that pic, there is no dispute there. Should a parent really be able to trot out their children to take pictures that can be labeled "greed gone mad" or some such thing? This is wrong.

      all the time -- that same pic is probably used to illustrate articles on teaching kids how to save money or encouraging grandparents to set up a college account. You can find all sorts of pics at sites like iStockphoto, or you can purchase CDs/DVDs with thousands of images. Remember the controversy when a woman complained that a stock photo her daughter posed for was used in an anti-choice ad on the side of a NYC building?
