  •  It's kind of like the basic idea of "customer (5+ / 0-)

    service" - very few unhappy customers will go to a store owner or manager to tell them why they are unhappy.  Most unhappy customers just stop being customers and give their money to a different store or business.  
    The most important customer is the one that doesn't come back.
