that they have the right to freely assemble
anywhere that they damn well please at anytime that they please,

No citizen should need permission to freely assemble.

Because some local yocals say not standing in a certain spot after a certain time, they're wrong.

statement that says, "Congress shall make no law" abridging these rights.  If Congress is prohibited by law from creating any legislation that removes or 'abridges' those rights - and the Supreme Court may not create laws, how is it possible that there are any constitutional restrictions on the First Amendment?

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

the local yokels haven't been challenged in a court of law yet.  It takes a judge to declare a law to be unconstitutional.  They are also getting away with it because our elected leaders and representatives are failing to obey the solemn oaths they took.
Our returning Vets, who took that same oath are showing up in droves.  America called, look who answered, and who did not.
Are the oaths we take to protect the Constitution just empty words now?  Freedom of the Press, Freedom to Assemble, and Freedom of Speech were just trampled on by those that are supposed to 'serve and protect'.
          Their time is coming.
