    pay any higher rate than poor people is rewarding bad behavior. We should reward good behavior - i.e., working hard (ha ha) and getting rich and becoming a job creator (ha ha ha).

    Being poor is worse than just failure to succeed in life. It's failure to pull your own weight. It's something that needs to be punished (no, being poor isn't punishment itself, otherwise why would so many people keep doing it)? Poverty isn't a problem because of wasted or wretched lives, it's a problem because it's the poor are always making demands on successful people.

    Dipping into the WSJ editorial page, sickening though it may be, is a way to get a handle on how they look at things. They can twist things in ways I could never have imagined to make themselves always be the injured parties.
