She indicates her only visit was 5 weeks earlier. It is very rare they can tell at 12 weeks with any certainty, but even then it is easier to tell if it is a boy. If they see nothing early on, they are reluctant to say one way or another. They certainly cannot tell at 7 weeks, ever, which is when she said she saw the doctor. When asked for evidence of her pregnancy, she said she had none. If she had an ultrasound, would she really not have kept the picture? Just seems like people are stretching to find her story plausible.

Maybe instead of an ultrasound, her doctors (or she) Looked at the 2+ inch fetus and it looked female to her.

Why do we assume that she had to only get  sex  info via technology when the fetus was expelled?

My mom miscarried a male fetus around 4 months over 4 years ago. No amnio. No ultrasound. Just eyeballs.

So if you get hit by a bus tonight, would you be satisfied with how you spent today, your last day on earth? Live like tomorrow is never guaranteed, because it's not.

        There's a big difference.

However, she claimed that she had determined the baby was a girl and called her Miracle BEFORE she miscarried. That being said, I miscarried while just as far along as this girl, and I asked what the sex of the baby was, and I was told, "It's too early to tell, and we'd have to do DNA testing, and we don't usually do that when people miscarry this early in pregnancy, when it's their first miscarriage. We just assume it is genetic." Then they offered me genetic testing if I wanted to pay for it, which I obviously didn't.

There's simply a huge difference between 3 and 4 months of pregnancy in terms of development.
