    to prepare a politically-themed documentary; but the state has the right to prevent any corporate entity from distributing it.

    Michael Moore can make all the movies he wants, but he has to self-distribute. A Republican government can, under this amendment, prohibit any corporation that owns a distribution company, chain of movie theaters, or group of television channels from ever airing it.

    But Michael's allowed to speak all he wants - why, he can show the movie in house parties!
