    EAT MORE KALE until after EMK decided to file for trademark rights.  So it didn't immediately go after the company, only when it tried to file, which, if it had succeeded, would have actually diluted the CFA license, and made it harder for them to fight against similar requests from others.  While I think trademarks and stuff last too long, this seems like the correct thing to do.  If EMK had owned the trademark, would you have been OK with CFA being able to claim Eat Mor Chikin is different enough to claim uniqueness?
