  •  I didn't get home from Thanksgiving in time (3+ / 0-)

    to cook, so for lunch I'm having pita with hummus & spinach/kale/onion. My breakfast sounds like a simpler version of the Moroccan fruit & nut salad - that one sounds good, I may complicate my breakfast next week

    Going to try to be vegan again next week. As always, looking for an afternoon snack that can be eaten in about 5 minutes & will sustain me through my after work workout

      That fruit & nut salad with all the trimmings is even a good dinner for me.  I just add everything I have and use Agave in the dressing...awesome!

      If I'm not going to have time for dinner I've been having a tomato sandwich on my Alvarado complete protein bread...just tomato & veganaise mid-afternoon.  I love that sandwich!
