    turning over people to the military justice system. If someone is arrested overseas, maybe. Which begs the question why is the FBI overseas if it is a military operation?

    We arrested German saboteurs during WW11 and had no problem with using the DOJ, what has changed, other then we crap our pants at the word terrorist.

      If you were thinking of the defendants in Ex parte Quirin, they were tried by a military tribunal and subsequently executed by electrocution a week after the Supreme Court decided their case.

      One of the executed was an American citizen.

          Those two--Burger and Dasch-- being the ones who ratted the other ones out.
