  •  leaving us with only one way to communicate (8+ / 0-)

    and disseminate information:

take to the streets. meet in person.

not a win-win for them, methinks.

I've become re-radicalized. Thanks a lot you bunch of oligarchical fascist sons-of-bitches. But once again, I have no choice. Bring it the fuck on.

      •  with cameras and videos on them, I would assume (3+ / 0-)

phones would be next.  If I'm standing next to a photographer who copyrights everything, and I take the same picture (or video) with my phone, would that be an "infringement"?

in Oklahoma or wherever it is illegal to photograph cops at work or play.
          You could be infringed.

I think we'd get about the same enforcement for right wing websites violations as we got indictments for war crimes.

No, I agree with lotlizard, they would just eliminate both sides websites and call it good for Democra$y

            wouldn't mind?

            I ask seriously.

Would reich wingers just roll with it, or would they get pissed and be more inclined to work with us?

Plus, could/would they close down all sites?  Wouldn't some remain up and running?  Wouldn't we migrate to those?  Or wouldn't we continue to have sites that were organized differently?

I mean, how much would shutting down a site like this one stop us and how much would we be able to work around it?  I really don't see Kos throwing in the towel - ever.

like the old ones in Europe. Face-to-face organizing is tough in places with tract homes and malls.
