... voted in favor of S. 1867, National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012.

Both Franken and Klobuchar were co-sponsors of S.968, Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act of 2011

I've long been aware that Klobuchar has been voting with 'Pukes more than Dems.  She's a DINO, as far as I'm concerned.  Her latest gaffe was going on MN TV and saying she thought wolves should be taken off the endangered list because one farmer interviewed on TV said he had a calf killed by a wolf and he wants to be able to hunt wolves.  I don't think she understands the concept of wolf packs and how they hunt vs. lone wolves.  Every time I've ever emailed her from her official web site, a few weeks later I get back an email that prints out to three pages, none of which has ever addressed any questions, just (maybe, sometimes) the subject line I checked.  If she can't address a direct question with a short direct answer, I'd rather not hear from her.  She also gets tons of money from the medical community and voted in favor of that horrible "medical insurance" plan that puts money straight into the profits of insurance, medical, and pharmaceutical corporations.

I hoped Franken would balance out Klobuchar's disappointing performance as a senator, but so far he's only done a couple of things that are merit-worthy (the program of pairing dogs with disabled vets comes to mind).

Both of them voting in favor of horrible legislation is just the pits for a MN Democrat who hoped either one would prove to be outstanding progressive Democratic senators.

I'm sick of attempts to steer this nation from principles evolved in The Age of Reason to hallucinations derived from illiterate herdsmen. ~ Crashing Vor
