    There is a cut off income level per number of people in a household. For a single person its something like $12K a year I believe, and the increments for added children and quite small. It is hard enough for poor people to the food stamps they need. Do they really think there are millionaires getting them somewhere?

      It's a miniscule problem though Republicans will latch on to it. A continuation of the Reagan "Cadillac Welfare Queen" myth seems to be what they are shooting for.

      Compassionate Conservatism is letting all the bridges collapse so you won't have to live under one after losing your home when they cut off your unemployment insurance.

        It doesn't matter how many millionaires collect unemployment insurance. Even if the number were zero, as long as it's technically means-tested, the Republicans can paint it as a welfare program, which will make it easier to attack. I can only imagine that's what they really want.
