      Tradition is huge in PA. It's a very regionalistic place. People from Bucks identify themselves as being from Bucks County. It's a very strong thing for them, and Bucks legislators from both parties would rather be dragged out of Harrisburg screaming during the redistricting hearings than have it split.

      Giving Lower Bucks to Schwartz and taking pink and purple and light blue sections of NE Philly would shore up Fitzpatrick and Schwartz, but Rs wont let it happen.
