    which is generally Obama's strongest region. Illinois is, of course, Obama's home state, but all three states are anomalously strong for him. Until the election results came in, it was unorthodox to believe that a Democratic presidential candidate would carry Indiana. As for Wisconsin, there is currently only one McCain district. I'd call your WI-01 Safe R even with Ryan and your WI-06 Likely R, especially so long as Petri stays there (he is abnormally strong). I won't dispute your other Wisconsin calls- Duffy's weak and Ribble's been weakened, though Kagan wouldn't win there. WI as a whole would be about D+1 under this map, compared to D+2 now, so it would be very competitive.
