      to be old Dead Turtle Face (apologies to turtles, alive and dead)

      I think it is unconstitutional to allow anonymous one person holds on legislation... and to demand 60 votes for cloture

      I think that if a group wants to fillibuster, then they must have 45 people on the floor on the Senate saying no to cloture and they have to keep those 45 people on the floor ...

      or even 40 ON THE FLOOR of the Senate ... the other Senators want to do their job, debate and vote on the bill...
      make the ones who want to avoid that bear the burden
