    (and since its efficacy is time sensitive, in many cases making it effectively useless) undermines the cause of helping people to be prepared and educated.

      under 17 should get access to Plan B w/o prescription like 16 or 15 years old but under 13 years I think its too young to get access to those type of drugs w/o prescription. That's my opinion.

       Still Sexual education remains the best wait to reduced unwanted teen pregnancies.  If a kid is educated, he or she will likely know that sex should be protected ( and using condom protect you from diseases and pregnancies).

      I don't believe in abstinence cause many of teen pregnancies happen in "abstinence household" because there is no communication or awareness
