    Boehner is trying to lure him into a primary which he can't win and the commitment wouldn't have to be honored.

      He'll have the primary to himself, why would any credible Republican want to run in this sure-Democratic seat. It'd be a suicide run, Walsh will have a lock on the primary, no problem.
