      that.  They all can say they "Stand with the People," but find reasons not to support legislation that would actually prove that they do.  

      No, the People's Pledge has to exact a promise as clear and measureable to the Norquist pledge.  They must pledge to support a specific effort to overturn the Citizens United decision at every possible vote -- in committee, on procedural matters that could hamper or advance the legislation, on the Floor.  We have to be able to hold their feet to the fire.
