    construct its UHC system as it did with education.  Borrowed all the best bits from other countries and integrated them into a system that works.  They now spend less than half what is spent in the US(per capita) and care for a population with 17% over the age of 64 compared to 13% > 64 in the US.  That and its educational system contribute to its low GINI (inequality) coefficient - 26.9 compared to US 45.0.
