  •  I wished that he would sink soon (6+ / 0-)

but I am afraid that most know all these stories. They are no news and he may show surprising staying power

    •  Most don't. (4+ / 0-)

Only if he had starred in a soap opera would most know them.

Glenn Beck tells his audience that a vote for Gingrich makes them racist (or something like that):

            from his old haunting grounds...

            (from HuffPo link):

On Friday, he appeared on the Fox Business show "Freedom Watch" and hammered Gingrich even more.

Calling him "the only candidate I cannot vote for," Beck dubbed Gingrich's support for Theodore Roosevelt "ridiculous," and said that he had issued a "challenge" to any Tea Party supporters of the former House Speaker.

"You read this guy's record," he said. "You read his words...see what he believes. This man is a progressive. He knows he's a progressive. He doesn't have a problem with being a progressive. So if you've got a big government progressive [in Gingrich] or a big government progressive in Obama, one in Newt Gingrich, one in Obama, ask yourself this Tea Party. Is it about Obama's race? Because that's what it appears to be to me. If you're against him but you're for this guy, it must be about race."

    •  we know them and most politcal junkies know them (3+ / 0-)

Hell, the corp media knows them, but won't talk about them.  Until it comes out in an easily digestible form such as this, the corp media won't talk about them and until they do, the newt is going to get away with his sordid history. The corp media is intent on making this a competitive horserace for ratings (and their agenda sometimes, as in the case of fox "news"). As such it's not their desire to knock the newt out.  At tgiving, I was surprised to know how few knew about the divorce on the sickbed story so it's definitely not out there.  If the cablenets and the rest of the corp media don't mention it, no one will know.

You got child-janitors, invented people, and whatever b.s. he's spouting this week.

Sure, we have 30 years of 'stuff' to throw at him -- the ads write themselves -- but he himself is always generating wild new levels of WTF.  And that gets plenty of media coverage.

A weapon that is also a treasure is certain to be used.

but rather doubles down on his mistakes. It's rather remarkable to watch. He'd make a worse Prez than Cain-Palin-Bachmann combined. Seriously.

He will self-destruct. The only questions are WHEN and HOW.

Ho'oponopono. To make things right; restore harmony; heal.
