My recipe: Start with outrage, add in two minutes on wikipedia, a quick google search, hit send and done.

I was horrified to hear that you pulled your advertising from All-American Muslim! Shame on you. And the excuse you offered was almost worse! Muslims ARE Americans! Substitute black or jewish or blond for Muslim and you can see how wrong your move was.

To have your company's decisions altered by some bigoted and ignorant religious zealots is disgraceful. And cowardly. It gives the impression that you agree with their anti-Muslim rhetoric.

Farooq Kathwari - oh, what a scary name! He must want to kill all Americans...except for the fact that he is President and CEO of Ethan Allen furniture.

And what about comedians Dave Chappelle and the Daily Show's Aasif Mandvi? Are they American?

How about Jermaine Jackson? Or that evil Dr. Oz!?!?

I've always been suspicious of Iqbal Theba from that pro-terrorist show Glee! I can see why you wouldn't want people like that shopping at Lowe's!

What about Kareem Rashad Sultan Khan? He was a Muslim. I say was because he died serving his country as a US Army soldier in Iraq. You certainly wouldn't want to be associated with someone like that!

Same with Keith Ellison the congressman from Minnesota.

And Ahmed Zewail, the 1999 Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry.

And don't get me started about Kareem Abdul-Jabbar or Fareed Zakaria!

The list can go on, but I hope you get my point. You made a HORRIBLE, ignorant decision. But you can make up for it. Until then though, go with the knowledge that you have lost customers in me, my friends and my family.

Occupy Your Rights: Congress shall make no law ... prohibiting ... the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Dissent IS patriotic!
