      Garrett might be vulnerable to a primary challenge.  And "moderate" Republicans tend to do well in north Jersey.  Even if he's the candidate, he'll have a lot more enthusiastic backing than Lance will.

      if Lance's district is preserved, that means Jun Choi will run against him. But it probably means Lance's district will become stronger R as I think he would pick up some up some of Garret's backwoods territory.
