  •  It's also anti-base (7+ / 0-)

We got whipped into line real good, the White House saw it and said -uck 'em, they'll vote for us anyway.

[extends middle finger] I am never, ever forgetting this horrible abuse to the base, and I swear to God if there was any way short of a Gingrich presidency Obama would go down for it.  You just can't abuse your own people in these times and expect to win, you can't.

We're all terribly trapped.  It's so time to take a loss to teach DC a lesson, but we just cannot.

[extends middle finger again] Just unconscionable,  so terrible.  How I hate this, we were supposed to have won the election!  Jesus Christ!

anti-woman, anti-science, and anti-youth. But I would argue that, in at least one sense, it is very base!

republican presidential candidates, so saying they aren't smart enough to understand instructions is a non-starter.

We are dealing with a very arrogant and deceitful leader and his policies have ripped apart the Democratic Party.

I'm still holding out hope for a primary challenge or failing that, a third party challenge by a real leader.

and raise a baby while being a baby, which is such a road to disaster, trying to figure out how to take 2 pills is simply beyond the teenage mind.

      •  Your outrage is funny! (0+ / 0-)

        here's why:

These teens are smart enough to read the label and take it responsibly,

they aren't smart enough to get it the same way they all get cigarettes or alcohol, by asking a friend or relative.

How can these seemingly disparate concepts both be true at the same time?

I think there's a word for that kinda thing...

        •  they all get cigarettes or alcohol?? (0+ / 0-)

What an idiotic stereotype. Do you know all teenagers? No? Then don't be so stupid as to talk about all teenagers?

Many can't get cigarettes and alcohol. Not when they want them. Why do you think binge drinking happens? Because too many teenagers find alcohol so scarce that they compensate on the rare occasion they can get it.

Don't make sweeping statements about people you clearly don't know.

Yeah, I thought we won the election too! I thought "elections had consequences" when we won in 2008 after hearing the Bush people rubbing our noses in this rhetoric for 8 years. This is supposed to be OUR turn now! Yet Obama has been fucking us since inauguration day. This is no way to treat your base.

The dangers of a Gingrich presidency is a good point that you do raise as well.
