    That article seems to state that it's a known, predictable risk, and we just need to keep fracking operations below ~30,000 cubic meter injections (ensuring a small risk of magnitude 4 or less quakes).

    To me the study plays as as quite pro-fracking, since much of the anti-fracking debate currently revolves around fear, uncertainly, and doubt in the process (which may or may not be empirically-substantiated later).
