    ... was never even declared.

    Which has been the tendency for everything since World War 2.

    One of the few things I concur with Ron Paul on: if Congress doesn't actually declare war against another sovereign state, the US military should be sitting at home training and looking good in parades.  (And should be a lot smaller.)

    The whole notion of this being any sort of war is a complete snow job.
