    the bill should never be signed by a President by doing so he shows his contempt for the country and the people of this country.  He doesn't deserve to be president of the United States.  I hope for his sake that he doesn't do it.  To me this is a impeachable offense.  It is a high crime and misdemeanor.  He is violating the rights of the very same people he took an oath of office to defend.  He should be impeached or never voted back into office.
